Have you done any traveling this summer? We started off our summer with a wonderful week on Little Exuma Island in the Bahamas. We first visited the Exumas in December 2013, and we had such a wonderful time that we started planning a trip back before we even flew home.
On Little Exuma, we had a beautiful, empty beach just for the three of us to enjoy. Our first trip so Stocking Island kept us on the island the whole time, but this time, we were ready to explore. We booked an all-day boat tour that included a visit to many of the other islands in The Exumas. We had such a wonderful adventure doing the “touristy” things that are anything but touristy compared to previous vacations we have taken.
We swam with nurse sharks and petted there slightly scratchy bodies. We visited the famous swimming pigs and fed them food scraps from our fruit salad. We watched someone dive down, find a conch and prepare fresh conch salad for an appetizing treat. We stopped by an island own by Nicholas Cage and fed iguanas on the beach.
Our adventure would easily have been complimented by some of the Target registry products! Our visits to the secluded islands consist of a lot of hiking, swimming, snorkeling and kayaking. The Link to SwissGear City Pack would have been a great help on our trip. We often packed a lunch and set off on foot for to explore various beach along the way, hiking on average 5 miles a day. The FitBit Flex Wireless Wristband would have made a great addition to our trip to track our activity and miles!
Couples have so many great items to choose from when creating their Target Wedding registry link. In hindsight, I would have added a more interesting variety to my wedding registry outside of just silverware, towels and dishes. Couples should consider their hobbies, travel plans and other activities and register for things to complement these items.
One of my US readers will win a $25 Target Gift Card. Lucky you! To enter, simply fill out the form below.
