Easy Homemade Guacamole #Recipe

We are a snacking family.  Breakfast is usually early, around 6:30am, even on weekends.  By about 9am we all start to get a little on edge.  Hunger = crankiness in this family!  This weekend I threw together this delicious guacamole for a snack.  We gobbled it up with chips, but I love this in tacos, burritos and hamburgers.

2 ripe avocados, peeled and mashed with a fork
juice from one lemon or lime
2 tablespoons salsa
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper ( or as much as you like to taste)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro

Mix all ingredients well and serve.

    I love homemade guacamole, it’s so delicious and so good for you, too! I add a little garlic to mine, otherwise our recipes are almost exact!
