Cilantro is one of my favorite herbs. It ranks up there with basil and parsley.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts of chicken tenders
One 16 ounce jar medium or mild salsa
1 line, juiced
1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1 package of low-sodium taco seasoning
Cook on low for 8 hours in a slow cooker. Break chicken apart with a fork and serve as a sandwich (below) with fresh cilantro or over rice.
