I got this crab salad recipe from my mother. I have no idea where she picked up the recipe, but collectively we’ve made it dozens of times. It is quick, easy, delicious and relatively healthy (I used light sour cream and reduced fat olive oil mayo).
But most importantly, it is versatile. You can use it as a side dish or a tasty dip.
The prep? Super easy. Mix everything together, chill and serve.
Since we have two cats, I like to leave some of the crab juice for them as a tasty snack 🙂
