We work, often quite a lot. We decided we needed a relaxing outlet at home, and hence decided we needed a hot tub.
Measurements were taken, plans were made, electricians called, and anticipation built for the hot tub arrival. It was delivered, and I was told it would fit perfectly into the end of the hand-crafted deck my very Handy Hubby built (it did take him 4 years but it is an awesome deck).
Needless to say, it didn’t fit. That last platform there, with the lovely railing torn/cut off, was to fit the hot tub.
Despite tearing down the railing, it would not move into position. Ouch.
Back to the drawing board! A very pensive Handy Hubby sits below, writing out the Home Depot shopping list. I swear he was enjoying this, despite his protests. (yes, Hopper Dog bouncy toy is an awesome foot stool)
We sure enjoy supporting our economy. Home Depot trip #1 contents below.
After a sweat-filled weekend and dozens of mosquito bites later,
we’re Adam’s making great progress. A new platform is being built for the hot tub. Lily and Adam inspect the progress below.
