I have never been a sweet potato fan. I dislike most sweet main-course items as a general rule. However, this recipe leaves me begging for more. Thanks to Monica for giving me this quick and easy recipe idea!
Sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
fresh ground pepper
Saute your sweet potatoes in a pan with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and fresh ground pepper. Cover and cook till done. Serve as a side, or eat plain like I do. So tasty!
