Sunday, October 30, 2011 Posted by Aleksandra Nearing

We love fall and spending time outside! We decided to try a fun leaf print project I had seen online.

Collect your leaves.

Pick your paint colors.

Paint your leaf or leaves.

Press down on paper.

Let your beautiful creation dry.

Oh wow! That is a really cool art project. I love the textures that are left behind on the paper!

Great idea. We just did a similar project with foam butterflies, but the beauty of this one is that all the leaves are different, plus, they are free!

This is such a fun idea--I love it! It would make great wrapping paper too.

I love your blog because you always take such fabulous photos!

I just love it! I wish I would have thought about that before, but I also wish I had those GIANT leaves!

I am always so afraid of painting with my nieces and nephews. That is quite pretty though and I think they would have fun. I'd have to find some washable paint!

BTW, love your knew header!! It looks great.
