I use garlic in the majority of my recipes. During the weekdays, I have to throw together a meal for dinner in a short amount of time. I know it sounds silly, but peeling garlic isn’t on my to do list on a random Tuesday. I often keep garlic on hand for recipes and my mom taught me to keep it peeled in the fridge for easy use.
Store in a sealed container in your fridge to extend the life of your garlic.
