I love to cook and share recipes I really enjoy. I think I pulled this one out of Women’s Health or Shape magazine and it is simply yummy. It also takes about 20-30 minutes start to finish – this is key for my workday evening meals! The following recipe makes 8 servings – more like 5 in our household, though 🙂
1.5 cups cashew butter, unsalted
2) Add apple (ick!), lima beans (yum!) salt, cayenne pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. Uncover and wisk in cashew butter until well blended.
